SPAM/ EMAILS MUST STOP!
I received a link to this from another social network and wanted to share it with Unity Community. (Lady Royal)
Some of you are aware that Unity Community is hosted by Ning. For those who do not know, Ning allows anyone to create their own social network at the same time making it possible for you to join other networks with the same Ning username and ID.
Well because of this we are getting too many complaints from members that people from various other Ning networks are constantly sending them spam emails to and we quote -
“Come Join Me On… such and such network”
If you are receiving spam emails it is due to someone who you added to your friend list. To stop the spamming simply block them contacting you, post on this blog or private message to Lady Royal with their email address and we will act accordingly. Spamming has to stop we do not mind anyone joining Unity Community and posting a blog, discussion or link to their respective websites but we cannot allow our members to be consistently harassed.
