I wanted a little rest and relaxation, but it turned out differently. We visited some tourist attractions with our guys. They had a great time. I was exhausted yet glad that our guys enjoyed themselves. They had never been to a resort before. Now that I'm back home, all I want to do is sleep. I did just that the first day back! lol Well, you be blessed and stay in touch.

At 11:07pm on June 22, 2009, Lady Royal said…: Praise the Lord for this wonderful day! It's been raining all day but I've enjoyed it as much as I could. I'm kind of joyful because I excercised twice. I have all this equipment, but rarely use it. I was on the treadmill for 21 minutes. Then later I got on my AB lounge. Just a little on both, but glory to God, it's a beginning. As I was walking, I kept thinking of three words. Discipline - Diligence - Discipleship. I guess the only reason discipleship was on my mind is because there's no way I can keep getting bigger and be a good steward of this body God gave me. Well, I'll go at it again tomorrow.

I'm a friendly, serious and funny person. I enjoy the company of other people and I also enjoy being by myself. I'm very analyatical and logical!

I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Delaware State University in Community Health and I am employed as a Trainer/Educator for the Delaware Division of Public Health. My job duties include providing community health education programs, serving as the DPH liasion on the Strong Community Initative, maintaing DPH health education literature, serving as a community resource, and managing satellite, web cast, WebEX broadcasts as well as videoconferences for DPH staff and the public.

I am a proud mother of two beautiful children, Jessica and Keith. I have been in the ministry over thirteen years and have served in various capacties such as Church Administrator and secretary, Trustee, Superintendent of Sunday School, choir, Youth, Radio & Bookstore and Dance Ministry. I have taught a Masters course at Enlighten Bible College and have ministered the word and conducted workshops and retreats at various churches. In addition, I'm mentoring 4 women in the ministry.

I love reading, writing, track meets (my children run track), football (Huge Cowboys fan), basketball (huge Lakers fan), tennis, bowling and other sports. I love singing although that's not my gifting!!!!!!! I enjoy working on the computer especially creating fliers, cards, etc.
