I wanted a little rest and relaxation, but it turned out differently. We visited some tourist attractions with our guys. They had a great time. I was exhausted yet glad that our guys enjoyed themselves. They had never been to a resort before. Now that I'm back home, all I want to do is sleep. I did just that the first day back! lol Well, you be blessed and stay in touch.

At 11:24pm on June 22, 2009, Lady Royal said…: Praise the Lord for this wonderful day! It's been raining all day but I've enjoyed it as much as I could. I'm kind of joyful because I excercised twice. I have all this equipment, but rarely use it. I was on the treadmill for 21 minutes. Then later I got on my AB lounge. Just a little on both, but glory to God, it's a beginning. As I was walking, I kept thinking of three words. Discipline - Diligence - Discipleship. I guess the only reason discipleship was on my mind is because there's no way I can keep getting bigger and be a good steward of this body God gave me. Well, I'll go at it again tomorrow.
